Dagmar Janousek
Is the Founder and Managing Director of ESSD consulting and an experienced International Sales & Marketing Professional. She has 25 years of experience in setting up businesses and international brands in Europe, Asia and Latin-America. Since 1999 based in Amsterdam and she has been starting up businesses with focus on international strategies and brand acquisitions, multinational sales management, international key account management as well as strategic marketing. Dagmar conducts business in German, English, Dutch, Spanish, French and Czech.
Emmet van Mil
Emmet is our Finance and Operations Manager with experience in managing financial processes and optimizing operational efficiency. With a keen eye for detail and strong analytical abilities, Emmet is able to make critical decisions and provide effective solutions to complex problems. Emmet manages the various reporting platforms, the accounting department and our Human resources. Emmet interests are watching and playing football. Emmet conducts business in English and Dutch.
Joris Zevering
Joris is our E-commerce Manager. Joris manages the E-commerce support team across all categories and regions. He has a problem solving, creative mind and an eternal patience with our Pan-European marketplaces. Joris loves going to the gym and socializing with friends. Joris conducts business in English and Dutch.
Tico Stafleu
Tico part of our E-commerce Support team. Tico is a hands-on all-round player and overlooks the ESSD customer service for all platforms and regions as well as our 3PL communication. Tico loves socializing with friends, organizing cookouts and to workout. Tico conducts business in English and Dutch.
Boyd Esser
Boyd is our marketplace expert and manages special marketplaces projects across various regions. With his problem solving expertise, Boyd helps the team with onboarding processes and special integrator questions, as well as with marketplace advertising. Boyd loves to go to the gym and travel and conducts business in English and Dutch.
Kacper Debek
Kacper is a member of our E-commerce team across all European platforms. With a passion for exceptional customer service, Kacper is here to ensure our customer’s shopping experience is nothing short of fantastic. Beyond providing top-notch assistance, Kacper has a diverse set of hobbies. From avidly watching football matches to hitting the gym for a workout, and exploring the world of cars, he brings a well-rounded perspective to the ESSD team. Kacper conducts business in both Polish and English.
Andres Figueira
Andres is part of our E-commerce and marketing support team. With a passion for excellence and a keen interest in marketing and e-commerce, Andres ensures our daily business runs smoothly. When he’s not crafting solutions, he is immersed in the world of football – both as a fan and player. But the thrill doesn’t stop there – traveling is his forte, exploring new places and soaking in diverse cultures. Andres conducts business in Papiamento, Dutch, English and Spanish.
